​I received a complimentary ticket. Do I still have to pay for the ticket?
Your ticket is refunded.* Reserve it now with a credit card. After you check in at the event, we refund the ticket price. One ticket covers all three days. 

I'm interested in signing up for FBN. If I'm not a member, can I get a ticket if I register?​
Yes. Sign up for a free FBN membership at FBN.com, then register for your ticket at farmer2farmer.ag.   

​What is the F2F VIII ticket refund policy?
You will get a 100% refund of your ticket purchase if requested by 1/10/2027. There will be no refunds after 1/10/2027.

I received a complimentary hotel room. How do I book my stay?
You need to reserve your hotel room. Hotel rooms for Farmer2Farmer are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

After you complete your Farmer2Farmer registration, you'll receive an email with a link to book your hotel.

Like your ticket, your room cost is comped when you check in at the event — but you must reserve and pay for it yourself up front. FBN will not book or hold a room on your behalf.*

How do I cancel my ticket if I am unable to attend?
To cancel your F2F ticket: 
1. Log in to your Eventbrite account.
2. Go to Tickets and find the order you want refunded.
3. Select Request a refund.
4. Enter your details and submit your request.
